Support for Teens and Parents

If you have a child between the ages of 12 and 18, you may be experiencing some changes in your child and in your relationship with them.  Adolescence is a time of great change psychologically, physically, and emotionally.

It is normal for adolescents to struggle with increased worry, self-doubt, emotional mood swings, irritability, lack of motivation, and a number of other behavioral changes during this stage of life.   Often they need someone to talk with other than their parents or friends.

We provide a range of supportive services for adolescents, including individual coaching, individual therapy, support groups for teenagers, and career and life skills training classes.  Our consultants, therapists, and coaches have special training and experience working with youth and young adults.

We address a variety of topics including self-confidence, communication, relationships, anxiety, depression, social skills, self-and-time-management, self-awareness, personal goal setting, and much more.

We also provide consultation, education, and coaching for parents.

Contact us by text, call, or email today to ask any questions or to request a free consultation.
